Bookings cannot begin after 8pm but may run up until 11pm. Rooms can only be reserved up to 6 months in advance. For reservations outside of the 6 month window, please email space4arts@tpsonline.org. Please familiarize yourself with the following Use of Space Agreement. Accountability:<\/strong>
Space will only be used for the time rented. Additional hours may be purchased depending on availability for early arrivals or late departures. Failure to stay within your reserved time will result in additional charges. Contact the facilities team to inquire about booking additional time day-of.<\/p>

Cleanliness:<\/strong>
Studio spaces will be set back to the state in which they are found with all furniture against walls, all trash removed to appropriate bins, and floors swept. Any items moved outside of the studio MUST BE RETURNED TO THE SPACE before your departure. If anything is broken or missing, please report damages to facilities@tpsonline.org.<\/p>

Respect:<\/strong>
TPS studios are shared by many folks from all walks of life. Please speak kindly to other renters when moving between spaces. If any conflicts do arise, contact our TPS staff to help resolve any major disputes. Multiple citations of poor behavior from renters will result in a loss of future rentals.<\/p>

Courtesy:<\/strong>
When entering or leaving TPS spaces, be mindful of those working around you. When making a reservation in one of the TPS spaces, you will find a list of available add-ons below the date selector. \n\nPlease note the specific instruction next to the add-on you are selecting.
