Safety:<\/strong> Renters for your safety, when you rent any of the TPS spaces on the first floor. It is a REQUIREMENT that the lobby doors remain locked unless you are inviting the public in and have a house manager to watch over the lobby. Once you have opened the door, use our key to lock it. Turn the key counter clockwise to unlock and clockwise to lock the door. This asks that you return the key to the lockbox for other renters needing access to the space.<\/p>\n

This venue is in high demand due to five resident companies and Seattle Center events. This venue is most often available for short runs, or summer programming.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Carleton Playhouse (Center Theatre) is an ideal venue for full-scale productions with extensive technical capabilities and intimate modified thrust seating.<\/p>\n

Please note: Reservation of the Center Theatre does not include exclusive use of the Center Theatre Lobby, however you MAY reserve the Center Theatre lobby exclusively if you reserve all first floor spaces.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Important information for rentals of this space: <\/strong>Short term rentals (1-3days) are not allowed to make changes to the plot. Long term rentals (1+ week) must account time in their set up\/strike to restore lights back to our standard rep plot. Failure to restore the rep plot will result in a fee of $45\/ hour until restoration is complete.<\/p>\n
